PROMOTION PERIOD: The Dove Hot Seats: Grammy® Edition (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 9, 2026 and ends at 12:01 am ET on January 12, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings), and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible consumers can call toll-free 1-855-DOVE-WBD (1-855-368-3923) from any phone, listen to the instructions, provide the required personal information, including your first name, last name, phone number and email address, and answer the following prompt: “What makes you feel hot, not burned?” (“Entry”). Entry must be in English and a maximum of eighty (80) seconds to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 12:01 am ET on January 12, 2026. Multiple entrants may not share the same phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person and per originating phone number. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate and is subject to verification, including background checks. Entries containing false or misleading information may be disqualified. Sponsor cannot guarantee this Sweepstakes will be available via all wireless service providers. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: By entering, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Entry submitted. The Entry, or portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Sponsor, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor's image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry from any source. All Entries must be the sole, original work of the Entrants. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, inappropriate, disparaging, offensive or contains proprietary rights of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, may not be considered and may disqualify the entrant. Entries should not contain any third-party materials (other than Dove), or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand. Sponsor may blur or black out the infringing material, in its sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants and winners acknowledge and agree that their Entries become the property of the Sponsor, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Entries in any way it sees fit. Automated, script, macro, AI, or robotic Entries submitted by individuals will be disqualified. Entries may be posted on the Sponsor’s website, Sponsor’s social media pages, and may be posted on other non-affiliated websites, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.
RANDOM DRAWING: On or about January 13, 2026, three (3) Grand Prize winners, ten (10) First Prize winners, and fifty (50) Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all Entries received during the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
Grand Prizes (3): Eligible winners will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to attend the Grammy Awards® on Sunday, February 1, 2026 (“Event”), at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”). Trip will include round-trip first-class air transportation (or available premium seating with additional legroom, etc. where first-class is unavailable) between the airport nearest the winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); a $500 transportation gift card for winner; hair and makeup for winner and travel companion for Event night only; attire for the winner and travel companion (provided either via rental attire or gift card, at Sponsor’s discretion) for Event night only; $2,500 spending money for winner and two (2) tickets to the Event (ARV: $10,875).
First Prizes (10): Eligible winners will receive a package of goodies inspired by the Dove Hot Seats campaign, including a Dove-branded T-shirt, Y2K-inspired sunglasses, and Dove Whole Body Deo product samples, all packaged in a custom box. Shipping and handling will be provided. The prize must be shipped within the 50 United States/DC. ARV of each First Prize is $250.
Second Prizes (50): Eligible winners will receive a $15 digital offer for one (1) Dove Whole Body Deo Alcohol-Free Spray (any eligible SKU). Valid through December 31, 2026, and may be redeemed online or in-store. Covers product cost only; excludes shipping, taxes, and fees. No cash value, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers. Additional restrictions may apply. Offer valid at participating retailers listed in the chart below.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winners will be sent via email a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively, the “Declaration”) and will be required to complete, and electronically sign the Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified in order to claim their prize. Potential Grand Prize winners and their travel companions will also be required to agree to a “Code of Conduct” in order for potential Grand Prize winners to claim their prize and attend the Event/receive hair and makeup. If a potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the Declaration, or if a potential Grand Prize winner or their travel companion fails to agree to the “Code of Conduct” within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, time permitting. Potential First Prize winners may be notified via email to confirm their mailing address/eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting.
GRAND PRIZE RULES: Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. If any event portion of a Grand Prize is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons outside of the Sponsor’s control, that portion(s) of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no other additional compensation will be provided. Prize winners and travel companions must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Prize winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (e.g. REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport, passport card, visa, etc.) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of Trip is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Flights may not be direct, and Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotel in their sole and absolute discretion. Certain restrictions apply. Travel must be round trip. Prize winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Prize winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize winners will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges including but not limited to items such as lodging, additional overnight stays or other en route expenses due to travel schedule, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are winners’ sole responsibility. Winners will receive a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prize awarded in the year the prize is awarded. Winners and travel companions may need to wear appropriate attire and act in an appropriate manner (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) in order to attend the Event or they may not be admitted to or be ejected from the Event with no further compensation to winner. Grand Prize winners and their travel companions must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols required at time of the Trip. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be 21 years of age or older to accompany winner and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases (and agree to a background check/provide their social security number to be used for background check purposes) within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. In the event that a winner or their travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the Trip, in whole or in part, and send winner and their travel companion home with no further compensation to the winner or travel companion. Potential Prize winners and travel companions understand and agree that, as a condition of being awarded a prize/traveling as a winner’s travel companion, winners and travel companions will be subject to a background check at the sole discretion of Sponsor; failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. In addition, at the discretion of the Sponsor, a potential winner may be disqualified or travel companion may not be permitted to travel with winner: (a) if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor; (b) if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or Sponsor; (c) if they are not eligible to receive the prize (or travel with winner) based on the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules or for any other reason; (d) if Sponsor determines that they failed to comply with these Official Rules in any way; or (e) if they refused to or cannot accept the prize for any reason. Potential winners’ and travel companions’ social media profiles must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image or they may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event any winner or their travel companion consumes alcoholic beverages while participating in any prize-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold Released Parties harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. Grand Prize winners and travel companions also agree that Sponsor or its agents may photograph, videotape or record any aspects of the Trip (“Grand Prize footage”) and use that Grand Prize footage or excerpts of that Grand Prize footage in any way they see fit.
GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. No transfer, assignment, substitution for any prize will be permitted. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor or Administrator suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple or different phone numbers, email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent phone numbers and/or identities) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of phone number associated with the device used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder of a device” is the natural person in whose name the device has been issued and the services are billed. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants/winners/travel companions agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use or misuse of the prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator’s or Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone or device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or device transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. All entrants understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state, territory, or country that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. All participating entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
PRIVACY: Any personal information that an entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/usa-english.html. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. If entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.
